Speaker Bio
Kelly is a leadership coach, marketing expert, and partnership/community builder passionate about female STEM leadership. She is a leadership coach, marketing expert, and partnership/community builder. Kelly served as Co-Chair for Women In Bio's Boardroom Ready program in 2019, a program that champions increasing board representation for female life science executives. Kelly started her career in sales at IBM and then moved to business development at Monsanto. At both organizations, Kelly created strategic partnerships with customers and JV partners to contribute to the bottom line. Through her teaching career at HBS Publishing and UCSD, she has developed a curriculum for STEM professionals looking to become leaders and entrepreneurs. She is an active international speaker, presenting at Internet Hungary, Santa Clara University, Johnson & Johnson's JLabs, and IEEE's Women in Leadership Conference.
